Parents and the PTA

It is right that parents should take an active interest in the education of their children and we are very proud at this school of our close cooperation with parents. Our home-school relations are extremely good, and long may it continue to be so.

Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
Every parent is a member of the PTA from the day on which their child starts school and so we hope parents make every effort to support the PTA activities. If you would like further details about the Association, or if you would like to suggest possible fundraising events for consideration, then please contact Mr Craig.

Don't forget to check our newsletter page for PTA events.

Parent Helpers In School
We are fortunate to have a number of volunteer parent helpers in school. We never refuse any offer of help and really are most grateful for the support and enthusiasm shown. There is no doubt that the work our helpers do is highly beneficial to the education provided by the school. Any parent who would like more details should contact a member of staff. Parent helpers will need CRB clearance. Forms are available from the office.

Parent Governors
There are parent representatives on the body of our School Governors. If you would like any issue raised before the governing body, please contact one of your parent representatives through the school office. Alternatively, if you are interested in becoming a school governor, please contact Mr Craig.
